This school is amazing i have so much fun in the 3 years i been there and the field trips are amazing and teachers are amazing. They have fun activities during lunch, the teachers will help you on whatever you need help with

I concur with the statement made by the parent who posted a review on Jan 11, '09. Especially the opinion about the principle. SHe (the principle) has no empathy or concern for the students under her care and charge. Same goes for the VP and other members of administration. The auxilliary staff though, are very helpful. The administration needs to follow the lead of the secretaries, office assistants, and (some) teachers. SHAME on the administration for not making Riverview Middle Scool a place of quality education as they promised the parents at the beginning of the year!!!

This school is very bad..the administrators especially the principal needs professionalism in service..I definitely regret putting my children in this school. Honestly I am so sad and disappointed. I never thought it was this bad.

The safety and discipline of students needs to be improved. Teacher Quality and Principal Leadership also need improvement.

There are not nearly enough extra curricular activities for kids at this school. I've had my eldest 2 boys in other districts. I find this school to be inadequate in most areas.

this school needs alot of changes ,with the programs mental health students.and more help with the students in reg classes(mainstream)and more extracurricular activities for the mental health students.

My daughter is going to River View Middle School! She loves it she says she would never change Schools! The teachers and staff are great.

my children previously attended school in the Mt. Diablo school district. this school was far better all around. The classes are more chalenging. in the Mt. Diablo district my children got straight A's with no problem. At hillview they actually had to work much harder for an 'A'
