This school may have a rep. but is still better than many other urban schools. Teachers here respect and cherish children. This is a good school

I'm a teacher, and have worked at this school. I must honestly say that recently, the school has gotten a new administrator, and to be quite honest, he attempts to micro manage his teachers to much (along with the AP). With a fiscal crisis on hand in CA, and being told that we do not have a large budget for supplies, we keep getting memo after memo that are just a big waste of paper and ink. So much can be done with just using email and the internet, but the admin feels that it needs to print out 1 - 2 memos a day, not for the teachers, but to hand out to students. Honestly, do we really need to have that many memos that have 14+ font on one side of paper?
