Big Pine Elementary is a school where students and families come first. The teachers are progressive in thinking and are willing to try new ideas and solutions to suit every individual student's needs. Parents are welcomed always. Programs such as Missoula Children's Theater, California Weekly Explorer, after school tutoring, and the RISE Reading Program help to enhance student learning. Teachers truly care about the students and follow with interest the progress of each child throughout their educational experience. Class size is small and personal so that each child receives indicidual attention in all areas. The school is set in a serene and peaceful area. Who could ask for more?
