CALIPATRIA!!! I'm a single mother of a five year old. We fled for our liEva and have been fighting since. I put my son on the waiting list two years ago. His pseudo big brother went to Magnolia and was shaped with fond memories for Cornell. Desiring the same experience for my son I went to enroll him. When I arrived, I was told it was full. I have friends on the school board, they have room for twenty kids and eleven are enrolled. Mr. Smith, was rude and unhelpful and hiding sometching. Calipatria school, FreeMont Elementary opened their arms wide open to us. So kind and patient and wanting to assist us in getting back to a normal life. It's a well kept, secure school, where I know my son won't be kidnapped from(it happened once already by his dad)... calipatria is a wonderful, small community with state scores that out rank Magnolia. It's a well supported school and it shows with friendly, loving and caring staff. Thank you Calipatria!!!

We love Magnolia! My son is close to finishing Kindergarten at Magnolia and we have had such a positive experience with the teachers (Mrs. Cooper is great!), parents, and our exceptional principal, Mr. Hines. This school offers a warm, nurturing community atmosphere along with high academic standards...a winning combination!

This is a wonderful, small country school with only a little over 100 students. It's grades k-8, and has combination classes. The teachers are wonderful and kind and are very helpful when you have a question. The past schools that I have gone to cannot compare to Magnolia! The school has just added some new additions to the campus, including, a multi-purpose room, 3 new classrooms, new restrooms, and they have also expanded the playground. Obviously, this school is one of a kind and I look forward to the rest of my years here!

I believe the teachers at this school are very energetic about teaching, we have some young blood joining the very experienced teachers in the school and it has made a big difference. The school benefits from lots of parent involivemet. I am thrilled to have my children attend Magnolia. The new Kindergarten teacher this year has been a wonderful asset and we are very lucky to have her, her dedication to teaching these children is wonderful to see.
