Ellis should be ashamed of herself. She hurt this whole school with her selfish choices.

It breaks my heart to watch Mrs. Ellis destroy this school. So many teachers, parents, and students have worked to make this school an amazing place. And within two years, she has broken the spirit of this learning community.

Despite the teacher's best efforts... this school has taken a scary turn. NACP is under new leadership and it's not for the best. The board of directors have decided to retain the failing principal although staff members, parents, and students have been complaining for the past year and a half. Nine credentialed teachers have left the school since the new principal took office due to the lack of support and guidance provided by the administration. Hopefully positive changes will be made and the new principal replaced, so that the students can reach their maximum potential in a school that does not condone bullying, intolerance, or leaders without experience.

NACP is a great school..we have been w/ the school since they were building it..NACP offers so many activities and keep our children busy before, during and after school. Our son grad in 2008..our daughter in 2009 and we have a 3rd grader currently attending NACP.. They all have learned music (violin, recorder, clarinet). They all have had art lessons, participated in the yoga club, the runners club, and not to mention LA'S Best. Academically its an awesome school..they really encourage parents envolement and the staff being so nice that any time they need help we do it out of our hearts..NACP has a private chef so we know that our kids are eating healthy.. We attended a LA's Best event this weekend and our NACP team is in great shape..and they won all three basketball games:) There are so many other reasons why our family loves NACP.NACP is a true blessing !

This is a fantastic school. My oldest is in the fourth grade and the youngest daughter is in Kindergarten. The teachers are wonderful, the class sizes are small and not over crowded. The teachers go out of their way to inform you of naything that needs to be worked on with your child so they are getting the reinforcement they need to keep their focus on their lessons. This school has been involved in the Fun Fit Challenge since it opened up and the Run Club is fantastic! Both of my girls are in it and we are to. They offer many different clubs for the children to be in. I can't say enough about their afterschool clubs. This is one school that is really making a difference.

This is my daughters first year at this school, and we absolutley love it. Their main goal is on the children and their future success. Plus, they require parent participation and volunteering. It is a great way for the children to see how much they are cared for.
