I graduated from the 8th grade in the old Alvina school, in 1954. I had a very happy childhood there.
What a wonderful school! The commitment from the teachers and staff is great and they get to know all of the children. My kids were there for only a short time, but I wish we could have stayed. They had a lot to offer the students and families and really seemed to care. My children did very well here and were able to catch up on some areas they were lacking in academically (previous school was behind).
It has been the safest, caring, loving family atomsphere that a parent can ask for. When they leave there children there you know they are being taught and watched over as if they were there own children. Alvina is doing an excellent job with my 3 children.
