My Children have been attending CCA for the last 4 years, I am pleased with the staff and their dedication towards the children. CCA's goals excel many of the corona unified school district, the best part is they do their best to reach their goal and they do not give up on your child. My family went to private school for years and I was afraid to move to a public school, but CCA defiantly changed my mind.

I am a student whom of which has been attending such a good school. Honestly, 7th grade was the best. However, in 8th grade there are new teachers, everything else, the system, the rules, is all perfect. It is simply the teachers, the old teachers are in, excluding one math teacher who simply missed teaching 6th grade. There is this one teacher you simply must be careful of. Very strict, very, very, strict indeed. Little tolerance and patience. However, if you do get on her good side, you would have an amazing headup in her view. Now, I can not name this teacher, sadly. Just make you sure you should the teacher who starts with Os(excluding Mrs.)! Just a simple heads up. On the other hand, back to the school, in general, is great and myself am having a great time. The students are not bad however is fun instead. The teachers get us, excluding the one spoken about, and let us freedom, as long as we behave of course. They give us liberty if you must at times which is awesome. I love it. Go here. do it x) it's amazing.

Chavez Academy surpassed my expectations for their first year as a K-8 school. My son had a great 7th grade year, with excellent teachers who really care, and a wonderful principal. The classes were challenging, yet my son excelled, thanks to the high quality teachers. Truly a GREAT SCHOOL!

Cesar Chavez has totally exceeded my expectations. I was told another "nearby school" was much better, but after seeing for myself, this is an excellent school. The teachers are all extremely dedicated and passionate. The staff, PTA and volunteers go above and beyond. My girls have excelled here and are very happy!

I believe that this is the best elementary school around. It is a fairly new school and both of my daughters are very happy there. They provide a 'worry free' environment for us parents. They are also very strict on child safety as far as who picks your children up after school. You cannot put a price on knowing that your children are safe while they are away from you.

Cesar Chavez was a wonderful school. The IEP was followed and reviewed constantly that my son's reading level increased more than 1.6 yrs in a single school year. Thank you Cesar Chavez staff.

Cesar Chavez has been a wonderful experience for our daughters. They love the atmosphere and the teachers are encouraging and communicate closely with parents. We are very pleased.

In 2012-2013 California used the California Standards Tests (CSTs) to test students in English language arts in grades 2 through 11; math in grades 2 through 7; science in grades 5, 8 and 10; and history-social science in grades 8 and 11. Middle and high school students also took subject-specific CSTs in math and science, depending on the course in which they were enrolled. The CSTs are standards-based tests, which means they measure how well students are mastering specific skills defined for each grade by the state of California. The goal is for all students to score at or above proficient on the tests.

The different student groups are identified by the California Department of Education; if there are fewer than 10 students in a particular group in a school, the state doesn't report data for that group.
