This is an excellent resource for those parents whose child wants to do completely independent study. If you are travelling to Tibet, or for some other reason your child cannot attend school. If your child is self motivated, she will provide your child with the appropriate texts not to fall behind, or to catch up if he/she has fallen behind. Very limited resources though, not at all like a traditional high school

Venture School is a small gem of a secondary school located in Culver City. It has been in existence of 30 years and provides individualized instruction for junior and high school age students. My daughter was able to do accelerated work due to the schools committment to individualized work. This is not something most schools can offer. For the right student, the Venture School can be exactly the right fit.
