All three of my kids graduated from SRVCA. It is bittersweet for sure to leave such an amazing place. They were all three prepared for high school and beyond, made life long friends and felt challenged and cared for. The teachers and staff are committed to their calling to teach the next generation. Did my kids love everyday, the homework and the high expectations? Nope! Do they appreciate their time there? Yes! When they graduated they knew who they were in Christ and it helped them flourish in high school.

The teachers and staff exude the love of Christ here. My children have thrived in just two years due to small class size and personal attention. Teachers go out of their way to find and meet the needs of students through differentiation. I also appreciate the prompt communication. Also, any discipline issues, large or small, are handled promptly.

SRVCA is an amazing school where students are cared for. The school is a small community where students are given high quality academic teaching, as well as a Christian foundation. My kids have had a wonderful experience. Take some of the reviews here with a grain salt. Ups and downs will occur at ANY school.

SRVCA is a wonderful school to send your children to. The principal, vice-principal, teachers and child-care staff are educated, loving, and encourage the children to be all that God has created them to be. They recently added a Resource Administrator to work with students who learn differently. It is a wonderful program and the students excel under her care! There is a great deal of differential teaching in the classroom as well, which is great for students who don't learn at the same level as their peers. This is BEST SCHOOL in the area!

It depends on the teacher you get. A few are really good and the rest are mediocre.

Amount of homework: Disagree

They say there's not a lot of homework but there really is. Although this was not an issue we had.

This school talks honesty but they don't walk their talk. Be careful not to be fooled.

This school has some pretty big problems with mean kids. There are too many mamma and papa bears at this school that think their kids are perfect and spoil them rotten. What ever happened to accountabilty? That's how kids learn and grow. Not at this school. The administration and the principal let them get away with it. If you're a normal person you will be treated as if you're not normal if you address how your kid was mistreated. There are a few good teachers, and they'd like for you to think it's all about their education, but it's not. There are some pretty remarkable teachers in the area and that's really the key. If your kid is normal do yourself and your family a favor and keep them away from all the bullying that goes on at this school and don't be fooled by the principal and her fancy words. The administration will twist things around just enough to let themselves off the hook. They know there's a problem with the spoiled kids but would never admit it. We wish we would have read more reviews about this school.

I do not think honesty is portrayed at all. It is not a healthy place for girls.

Srvca is a GREAT academically. Mrs. Westgate (principal) is the best. But the reason why two stars were given out because the students are very very very mean and deceitful. They have no respect for staff or eachother. In the graduating class of 2016 the girls only gossip and make up lies about eachother. It unhealthy environment. The girls lie, cheat, and steal. The boys in 8th grade are very sexual. I defiantly don't see God here.
