Del Vista Elementary School

My son has been in this school for almost 2 years, i do not see any inmprovement in him . There is nothing challenging for him,low grade homework which of course never changes,samething everyday for the rest of the year.As a mother my worried for him,he has declined acedemically and that is sad to see.

Have a first grade student qualifying for GATE. Teacher does not know how to teach a gifted child. My child has complained that she never gets to use the computer because she has to help all the other students. She is sent home with travel brochures for homework. My opinion of this school is it should not be called a school. It is a day care center that focuses on meeting state requirements and nothing else. Administration knows very little and cannot satisfy a fact seeking parent.
