It looks as if this school is more concentrated on Fundraising as opposed to better education. For any reason, days off are extended, if bishop comes in for a visit and gives a day off, school closes down. If plumbing problem takes place, school closes down for a day. If a carnival is in process, school closes down for set-up to take place. I have been in a catholic school, based on french system, College De La Salle, and when comparing, unfortunately, St. Raymond's education and very limited resources are a joke. Even, a teacher on site said to me that they do not have enough resources to pay attention to each individual student. In addition, you'd think that improvements can be made to the school with all the fundraising activities.

St. Raymond school not only offers a good solid academic foundation but really teaches the whole child. Looking beyond just "academic" skills, St. Raymond faculty encourages students to be morally responsible & active Catholics. My daughter is a great academic foundation but more importantly, what I have tried to instill her about living as Jesus would want us to, has been echoed in the class room. The teachers all care- CARE - and pray with their students. The school has provided a wonderful "second" home to us. Yes there are maintenance issues that could be improved but that's not what is most important.

St. Raymonds is a wonderful school. My daughter is a continuing student at St. Raymonds for 3 years. The community is very warm and generous to all and the children are receiving a good quality education along with spiritual guidance from the school and the parish.

My son has been at this school since Kinder and the teachers are exceptional. My daughter will be starting Kinder this fall and I am thrilled. I do wish the school was more modernized - A/C would be wonderful! Nonetheless, the school is worth every penny of tuition. My sons loves St. Raymond!

I have 3 children who have attend St. Raymond. The school could be more modernized. For example, air conditioning would be great and new desks too. Since this is a catholic school with a parish on site you would think the parish would invest more into the kids. Since they are always asking the parents to be more involved it would be nice if the leadership was more involved. The teachers at the school are phenominal. My kids are getting a great education.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.

Oops! We currently do not have any student information for this school. We rely on the state Department of Education, the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES), and in some cases school administrators such as registrars and principals for this data.
