My daughter attended Grace for ten years. It was the best decision we ever made. The staff valued her as their own. The education was top notch and the teachers were awesome. Many of the teachers were once students there. We love the principal Sandy Z. Truly an amazing ten years.

My children have been attending Grace for the last 13 yrs. The teachers are the most caring and educated that I have ever seen or heard of. If your looking for a school with good Christian morals and top of the line education and technology Grace Lutheran School should be on top of your list.

GLS is great. I have a junior-higher here. No school is without its issues, but we have always been happy here. Students are held accountable academically and from experience with other kids; they are highly prepared for AP and college level courses in high-school. Impressive. Incredible youth pastor / group too. Thanks!

I have not been happy with the school. Administration is very slow to make any changes and they don't send any mass communication via email or phone, only paper at the end of the week. They have no wellness policy. I don't feel valued as a parent.

My daughter and her cousins attend Grace Lutheran schools. They all love the school and receive a great balance of Christian teachings and scholastics. I had originally thought about putting my daughter in public school, but she didn't want to go because they can't talk about Jesus. I'll keep her here.

We transferred our fourth-grade son to Grace Lutheran from an Escondido public school. The teacher-student ratio (1-20) is excellent. The teacher availability is great. Our son is held accountable for meeting his educational obligations, which is also a departure from Escondido public schools. Other things that are far superior to public schools in Escondido (where our older two children attended and graduated): Physical Education, Music and extracurricular activities such as sports, science club and band. Finally, while there was a transition for our son from one school to another, it didn't all that long for him to feel part of the new school. He especially likes the fact that the vast majority of students at Grace are fluent in English, another departure from Escondido public schools. He says he wouldn't want to return to Oak Hill

I do not know what our family would do without this Grace Lutheran School! My daughter is in the jr. high and we have found the environmewnt to be nurturing and positive. The teachers share a genuine interest in each student and are available to discuss and questions or concerns. Academically, they offer a wide range of classes that focus on individual needs and interests. My daughter has spanish, art, and computer classes as well as math, science, language arts, social studies, and P.E. She is also in the school band and participates in the after-school sports teams. Parent involvement is mandatory, and it has been wonderful to get to know the families that also go to the school. We not only know my daughters friends, but parents and siblings, too. They also have a full-time school counselor to provide any special needs a child may have. Best school around!
