This school is great, excellent teachers & academics, it is the only reason I can not move from Rancho Cucamonga!
Great school and competitive academics. The sports program is well run also. My kids love it there.
This is an excellent school. Here at this school is great teachers and students.
Last year, my daughter had a wonderful experience in the 6th grade. Teachers were regularly in contact with parents and very involved. Enriching after school programs and electives were offered too. My daughter took a Japanese class and thoroughly enjoyed it! Her 7th grade year is off to a great start as well.
Great programs for helping establish good study habits. Great band, art classes, awesome sport teams great things to keep kids out of trouble. Involves parents to every thing.
EIS is a good school and has been an 'OK' start to middle school for my child. I think as long as you're involved and on top of which teachers you get, they offer a good education. Some of the sixth grade team of teachers really go above and beyond to offer after school classes and events. They're hard care about P.E. and have a popular band program. You definitely need to 'push' for any changes with the principal.
School has a great music program which allows kids to travel.
My daughter began attending EIS this past January. We have had nothing but good experiences.
My older child went through this school no problem, but my younger child is now experiencing repeated bullying with regard to his race. The third incident was last week when was assaulted and had to be taken to emergency. There seems to be a lack of direct supervision, although they allow tackle football to be played on the lunch hour regularly. The education is good, but the school is doing nothing to curb the growing racial hatred some children seem to be developing toward others.
We just moved in this community last month and my children were able to adjust right away. They said that the other children are friendly and teachers are really nice. They love the schools. It seems like they have been in this school forever. Thanks to the school Principal and the teachers.
