Cascade Canyon School

We reluctantly fled the big city, looking for a nurturing school environment for our boys and found it at Cascade Canyon. The small class size, combined with skilled and passionate teachers size fosters individualized teaching --each our kids' teachers were quick to hone in on their strengths and challenges. In large settings, our kids were socially withdrawn and reluctant to extend themselves physically or academically--at Cascade they have blossomed. And swinging on a rope over a stream at recess--priceless.

We never planned on a private school till we went to an open house at Cascade Canyon. It was so much more than a school, it has become our community. The families are wonderful, the teachers are amazing and the style fit our sons personality. He has been in incredible plays, has music, art, science, sign-language, spanish, PE, learns respect for his community and the environment and more.

We have been so grateful to have found Cascade Canyon School for our middle school aged daughter. The middle school offers deep, meaningful, challenging education in a nurturing environment; rather than being competitively focused or grades focused, the middle school focuses on motivating students to enjoy learning for learning's sake. The program has allowed our seventh grader to excel with confidence. High school placement is impressive as well. Check this school out!

We wanted a small Kindergarten experience for our daughter - after meeting Peggy we completely fell in love first with her K program and then with the rest of the school, the kids, and the families. She's now in 3rd grade and we've never been happier. I encourage anyone to call the school for a tour.

Our kids have attended Cascade Canyon since Kindergarten (one is not in 7th grade and the other in 4th). Excellent academics, close-knit/inclusive community, great arts and language program, super small class size, non-competitive/cooperative philosophy. Just wonderful!
