My son loves this school and it's non-traditional approach. The students are able to make up credits in a traditional/independent format. They can advance as fast or as slow as they would like. The student who come to this school are usually behind in there studies for various reason. They are able to transition back to a traditional high school if they want to. Also, the staff are very caring and helpful. This school is highly recommended for those students who want a less traditional approach and small class size.

It's a great school for students who much rather focus on their studies than get involved in all of the high school drama. The best thing is your studnt can accelerate at their own pace & graduate early, great when the student wants to get done with high school fast so they can move on to college. I graduated from the school, the experience was far better than what I saw at Folsom High School, it allowed me to focus on my studies & the class size is small and attentive to the student's needs.

I am a Folsom Lake High alumnus and I personally recommend this school and its staff to anyone who has a success-driven child who wants to do well in school. It's entirely based on how fast you want to progress, so the results your child gets will accurately reflect his/her work ethics. As I said I graduated from here and my opinion is one based on what I have personally witnessed. The staff are always there to help as much as possible and they have a personal, genuine interest in your child's life. It marches to a different drum than most high schools but it turned out to be exactly what I needed. My name is Scott and I highly suggest placing your child here so they can show what they're made of in a way they could not otherwise.
