LOVED sunnyside high school! this school was hands on and dedicated in their students. teachers are awesome as well as staff members. SHS's teachers go out of their way to help a student, unlike some of the teachers i had to endure after leaving SHS. i love the fact that SHS academics are higher, because when you graduate, you know that you're on top of the game. most students barely make it out of high school and brag about getting a diploma. SHS makes that diploma worth it when you get it. SHS YOU ROCK!!!

SHS is currently the largest HS in Fresno Unified. The administration is 'hands-on' and does an exemplary job in providing for the student body, both academically and socially. My daughter attended private school K-8, before switching to public ed. She has attended since her freshman year, is now a junior, and has had some extraordinary teachers; ones who really care and go the 'extra mile.' The teachers are 'true grit!' My daughter has been exposed to much diversity at SHS and has made great friends of many cultures.

Faculty and staff have gone the extra mile in meeting my students needs in and out of the classroom. Administration has been strong and had vision for their students future since the doors opened.

Sunnyside High School is a really good school. It looks like a prison but the school staff are very informative and appear to be very involved where the kids are concerned. I am proud to say my son is a studen there and is still attending he has a 4.0 and is a senior at Sunnyside. He has several favorite teachers there.

I like the community of the school and the staff works well with the students. I enjoy having such a large diversity on campus and seeing all the great differences of students.

I have found thatSunnyside has met all the needs of my student. I am pleased that all of the teachers we have been in contact with are supportive and demanding in the classroom. Extracurricular activites have been challanging and rewarding for my student. We have been pleased with every aspect of the education provided at Sunnyside HS.
