There are a few exceptional teachers, a few decent teachers, a few teachers that should find another career choice. The current Principal Mr. Mello is retiring which is a wonderful thing. I wish he would take his front office staff with him. They should be fired. They are the rudest women I have ever encountered. The school has low funding which affects our kids who do well for this school. They are not able to properly reward the academically strong kids which is a shame.

I was a product there at Kings Cayon Middle School, when i first enter that MS i became i grizzly bear team member, I love been there. sharing great moments with all my teachers, and friends. the teachers there are great they are the best teachers ever. i was a student there in about 3 years ago. everything there is special 4 me, the teachers the staff, i still remeber Mr. Mello the principal there at KCMS. I miss all of them, i specialy miss Mr. Enriquez, mr enriquez was my math teacher on 7 th grade in that time i only spoke spanish, but thanks to him i learn how to read ,write, and speak english, cus he never ever left me alone he was always there 4 me. your the best tecaher ever Mr. enriquez i send you i big hug, and i would like to talk with you ok.... Thanks 4 everything men...

I'm a former student from Kings Canyon. This was the most memorable years of my school years...Great teachers, Great friends, and a safe enviroment all around me. My sister and I were student here more than 6 years ago. And every time I get a chance to go to CA i would often drive by this school just to take a look and remember all the good times spent at Kings Canyon....

I was a product of KCMS and played a major role in the Performing Arts program there. Mr. Crawford was the teacher at the time and was excellent about planning events, performance, assemblies and trips that we took part in to compete at different performances. We go to go to Reno for a Jazz singing festival as well as Disneyland where there were other groups at our level and beyond performing on one of the stages inside the park. I was also a part of the Math Engineering Science Achievement club. The teachers that I had were very knowledgable about the courses they taught and were always willing to help out if you needed it. The principle at the time would read out the daily announcements and end with the same saying. But I forgot it.

The school has a pretty decent teaching staff. Extracurricular activities are slightly lacking. Parental participation needs to be addressed as well as involvement in student activities.
