GECA is by far the best high school in the area. GECA offers a family based environment where every student knows everybody, and every student puts forward the effort to learn. Teachers understand each student, and thanks to small class sized, know every student's needs. GECA holds the rank of 6th best school in California, and holds a solid 926 API score. Statistics don't lie. Unless you hate learning, this is the best school for anyone that can commute to it.

This is a challenging school but it beats the average high school experience. students get to have their classes on the beautiful Gavilan Campus that has them connected to nature. the teachers are all friendly and want all the students to succeed. friends are made ther much easier than at a regular high school and one can always express thmselves as they wish. all of that and by the time they graduate from high school they will also have achieved either an A.A. degree or an A.S. degree. saving them ( and parents from having to pay) two whole years of college! great school.
