Not happy with Union Hill school.... What happen to the small school that had caring staff and administration? Not to mention if there is an issue (especially when it comes to another student) school staff has nothing to say about it, nor are there any consequences for these students.... Seems to me that Union Hill will end up being known as the none caring staff with all the trouble kids. Too bad.

Union Hill has a major bullying problem... School staff says that there is no tolerance for bullying but nothing is done when a child is bullied.

I have one child in 5th grade and another in 1st. This school seems to only care scoring high in the ratings then they care about the students. If a student does not meet their standards they do nothing to help. They have no tutor programs, they would rather hold the students back then to move them forward and give them a chance. They also start assessing students 16 days after they start school. This is just not enough time for a child to adjust to a new grade level. I would not send your child to this school. Parents have already been taking their kids out!

Both my children attended K-8. They were very well prepared for high school and beyond. I found the teachers extremely caring and invested in delivering a top quality education. It's the teachers that make this school.

My child has attended grades k-7 so far; mostly very supportive teachers and administration; wonderful parent involvement; great art docent program!
