I would give this school a five star. Even through, you can't tell from the appearance. But their teachers are wonderful. I had my older son went to this school during the preschool years, and he is doing great. Now my second one is enrolled in the preschool program, and his progress is excellent. Sometime I can't believe that he is so smart. This is really a five star school. And also, all the teachers and the staff really care about the kids.

My son has been going there since Preschool and I love it so much. They are patient yet strong. My son is now in the 2nd grade and he loves it. The teachers and the school pastor are great at listening and understanding about anything that you have a concern about.

Elmhurst is great. My son has been attending Elmhurst since Pre-K and I have watched my son progress academically, as well as socially. Their curriculum is well above any public school requirements. While in 1st grade, he is writing full sentences in cursive, reading at a 2nd grade level, and learning basic multiplications. The teachers are heavily involved with the students and are fully incorporating art and music into their learning programs. They offer a wonderful before/after school program and have the most caring staff available.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
