I disagree with you, i believe that this school has a great education with limited distractions depending on the class. Also, the school's tolerance of bullying is very limited, if there is any witness the principle will review the statement and determine if it is plausible and if any staff sees the event personally the student that is bullying would be indefinitely punished up to expulsion. If there is no witnesses usually the accused bully would get a punishment and an additional punishment if proven guilty.the first punishment would be a minor ISS or OSS at the most. I am also a student at the school going into the 8th grade and i assure you that i am not a straight A student but i have decent grades. I dont get distracted at all if i just listen and pay attention to my teacher. So if you can provide me with at least 5 examples of a student not getting punished for bullyinh i will look into it.

I'm a single father raising my daughter. I have to beg this school to give me info on my daughters academics. They do not call or inform me of her progress except through their Edline email reports. I guess this is an excuse not to talk to parents. I don't know if its because I'm a father and the stigma is that fathers don't get involved. They need to work on communication with parents. If emails are how they communicate, send updates on conferences, programs, events, sport sign-ups, yearbook deadlines.....And just because I'm a male, doesn't mean I don't get involved!!! The only reason I give it 2 stars is my daughter loves her teachers.

I believe the quality of acedemic programs could improve a little bit everything else is great. Children should be able to sit where they want at lunch instead of having boundaries. My child in high school is very happy with his lunch time experiences while my daughter is not because you have many boundaries as to where you can eat your lunch at and i believe they should be allowed to where they want.

My daghter goes to school there and the kids do not tease her. My daughter has maintained a 4.0 and has had no problems with any of her teachers. I would like to say that Dartmouth is the best middle school in Hemet.

The musio program at Dartmouth is great, but bullies run the campus. my child is a GATE student. he also has serious ADHD. this school provides no programs for these kids.

Very organized and Academics are a top priority. Not many fights. There are many great activities for the students and excellent teachers.

This is the best middle school in the Hemet/ San Jacinto Valley. The middle schools in the san jacinto district are rife with behavior problems, as is at least one other middle school in the Hemet District. On the other hand, Dartmouth has a great administration, demanding excellence and good behavior from all students. They have a superior band, drill team and teaching staff. I have been a sub there many times, and know of no other school that is as excellent. That is why so many families buy homes in this area, just so their children can attend Dartmouth as opposed to the other middle schools in this area.
