My son has really improve his reading skills and feels more confident going to this school, bulling is minimal and if it happens it s stop immediately, the teachers are great together whit administration and front office staff have really good communication whit parents and students I m so happy whit this school the teachers really care for the children and my daughter will be attending next year to their full day kinder program.
i love this school so much. I moved my child from cottonwood and i have noticed a big change in my daughter, she is picking it up alot faster than at cottonwood elemtary. i have a great relationship with the teacher she communicates with me on a daily basis.
I am a devoted parent of 3 children, all of which have attended Crosswalk schools, 2 of which are still enrolled. I have to disagree with the angry parent that seems to believe that staff is solely responsible for any and all positive recognition that is expressed in regards to this school. Yes, good people that are well liked sometimes do loose their positions however, as unfortunate as this can be, the educational field is not the only place where this occurs, I have been with this school for several years and from personal experience I know one thing to be true, I have never known this school to make any decision that was not in the best interest of the children and as a dedicated parent that is all that matters to me - the rest is simply non-sense.
I love this school! My daughter is in the 5th grade, I placed her here 2 years ago and for my daughter it was truly the best decision I've ever made. Before she hated school. She was introverted, shy and completely unmotivated, Today she's done a complete 360 socially and academically. She wakes up everyday with an "I love school" attitude. She's excited about learning and she's developed great realtionships with teachers and fellow classmates. I highly recommened this school to parents who are curently looking for a great school in the high desert. There have been some changes but, as long as my child continues to recieve a phenomenal education I see no reason to look else where. The teachers are outstanding and they really care for those kids!
I agree with the parent that said they were only able to give one star. My son attended here last year but won't be returning because of all this hulabaloo that is constant with this school. It is sad as there are a few really good teachers at this school that do a great job. But because of the "hulabaloo" that has been going on for so long, I don't think this is the right place for my child. Children should go to learn in a safe and peaceful enviornment, not one where such things go on daily. Kid deserve the best education in the best place possible, this school is not it. I am giving only one star for the teachers as most are in my opinion not worthy of more (some deserve 5)
I wouldn't even give this place a one star but it made me pick in order to go forward. What a horrible place to send any inccocent child. The constant changes and teacher turnover rates are terrible. After they got rid of my child's wonderful teacher, my kids and even other kids are not going back there. They made a very stupid mistake and I'm sick and tired of their mishandling of this school if you can even call it a school. I call it something I am not allowed to say on this site.
Don't be fooled into thinking this is a great school. I have heard that the staff from the school gets on here to post good comments about it so they can get their enrollment up. Don't trust the comments that seem way to good because it's just from the staff trying to trick you into signing up your innocent children to go to their school that is currently sinking into the ground. I'm sick of them getting rid of their super great teachers and keeping the bad ones who don't even care about the kids. They are just there because they need the money and can't get a teaching job anywhere else because of the horrible recession right now. They got rid of my kids teacher that was so wonderful and now my kids are out of there. That was the last straw. This school is RIDICULOUS!
My boys started attending Pathways this past school year. As a parent, I love this school. The teachers are dedicated and will to do whatever it takes to help my child succeed. Keep up the great work Pathways!!!
My family loves this school :) we've been here for about two years and my children and i just love the teachers. They all work so hard to meet each students needs and its so nice to find teachers that make time to do so. Although there has been changes, i trust the decisions the principal has made and i am comfortable with any other teacher that will be working with my children. We are looking forward to the next school year and everything it will bring.
As a parent of a 1st year student here, I would like to say that Pathways to College is a great school. The teaching staff is incredible and the administration is amazing. The staff members are all very helpful and very attentive. I am very happy with the progress my child has made in this school. It amazes me on the excitement she has when she gets home, she is so egar to tell me what she learned in school. I cant wait to see what more things she will learn this upcoming school year. Thank you to all the Pathways staff!
