Let me start off by saying that the teacher's here at lepa are fantastic. My children love going to school everyday. The staff is wonderful and as caring as you are for your children. Now just to add the high school to it and its the perfect school all together. WE LOVE THIS SCHOOL....

I cannot begin to tell you how great this charter school was. My son came out as bright as the sun at years end.We were so proud of our son! The teachers there all take an interest in the students, they inform you everyday of what progress they are making, the staff is loving concerned and always watchful of or little ones. Mrs Michelle Rhodes was one of the best teachers we could have gotten to experience our first child going through school. You Rock Mrs Rhodes!! We had our challenges but we worked through them together, as with anything else in life: you have to do your part. Our son passed to 1st grade with a confidence level that only parents would dream of. Parents who are looking for a school this is it! it doesnt get any better than this! If it does I'm all ears....

This is a great charter school! My children are learning and happy. I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff, teachers and administration are. Everyone always puts the children first. Now that our children can go through eighth grade I hope they are planning on opening a high school. We can't ask for a better educational program for our children.

This is a great alternative to regular public school. The class sizes are 20:1. The teachers are wonderful! I highly recommend this school to anyone.

This school is absolutely awesome! Small class sizes, parent support, great teachers and staff. The atmosphere is so welcoming and you truly feel the sense that everyone is there for the children. Students are learning and special attention is given to each and every child. The Principal has an open door policy. Parents and students can go to her anytime throughout the day. Students can share there successes on a daily basis and even if they have a bad day she gives them a chance and says tomorrow is a new day so lets start over again. The teachers are so knowledgeable and always willingly to go the extra mile. You can't ask for a better office staff. I can't say enough about this school. Academically the students are truly going to be college bound. Professionalism and customer service is what this school is about. This school rocks!!!!

My child is doing so well at this school. The staff is great and very supportive. You can see that they are trying their hardest to add new things. I do think that lunch time is a little early and I like the 4 day week. I think that they should have made Friday minimum days in the beginning of the year instead of at the end. We parents had already adjusted to a no Friday schedule. I also think that students should have a free dress day on Friday. I also wish that they can have more physical activity. Overall, the school is great and the students seem happy. I would also like to give a special thanks to the cross guard lady. She is great and always friendly. She goes above and beyond her duties. We need more people like her.

Laverne Prep (LEPA) is a new school that just opened its doors this past August. I brought my children to this school b/c their beloved teacher from their previous private school left to teach in LEPA. Although LEPA has the organizational problems that would beset any new school, (and in this tough economy), it is still an exceptional place that is more like a nurturing family than an educational institution. But don't misunderstand. LEPA's academic program and its very caring and talented teaching staff are superlative. Their classical and accelerated programs are outstanding. My children are already academic years ahead of their peers in other schools and the Spanish and music programs are also excellent. Now that the school has 20 acres on which to build a beautiful new school and campus, I do hope LEPA will get the rapid and extensive funding it dearly needs.
