We have been very happy with our daughter's experience. She has grown and learned so much. All of the treachers and staff have been great. I would highly reccomend this program to other parents. I can not think of a negative thing out our experience at the school.

Hmmmm. I was researching this school and noticed that 22/30 reviews were posted in 2009. Moreover, 15/30 were written on Nov 6, 2009. Many of those had no star rating which is strange because I couldn't submit this review without a star rating. Something is not adding up. Interesting!

We are in the midst of our seventh year at Sacred Heart, and know that it is the best school for our two sons. Sacred Heart is an extended family for us, and we love the connection between our school, our church (St. Benedict Parish) and our network of family friends. The dedication of the teachers, staff and parents make the school the great place that it is. In addition to high academic standards, Sacred Heart grants our children community service experience, leadership opportunities, and an environment in which the students care for one another (just ask a 6th grade buddy!)

I was raised in public school and did fine. So when I had my daughter I thought she would do just as well with the thought that as long as I'm involved that's all that matters, shool is school right? Boy was I wrong. The teachers at the public schools are so over loaded there is no way for them to give one on one attention. My daughter was getting by in public school, now she is excelling. What makes this even more amazing is Sacred Heart has higher standards. It's because the teachers have the ability AND desire to be involved and help their students thrive.

First: My kids have learned good values, respect for themselves and their peers; a credit to parenting, but also to the values instilled and usually reinforced by the school faculty and community. Second: SHPS students are exceptionally prepared acedemically for transition to high school.

Sacred Heart School is a wonderful environment for my 5th grader. The class rooms are comfortable and enviting. The teachers are professional and supportive. The accademics are strong and current. But most of all, I am comforted that my child is in a safe, loving and religious environment.

Sacred Heart Parish School has been our saviour. This is our second year at the school, my third grader has just excelled. I love the fact that you may not know all of the facility and students names, but because of the uniform , you are immeditaly recognized and feel like family, at school or out in the community. I love when my child is at home and we able to practice the Catholic values that have been included in my childs daily routine. Please remember to support Sacred Heart Parish School thur the Sacred Heart Foundation.

Sacred Heart Parish School is a wonderful place to learn and be a kid. Its mission is to cultivate the whole child, mind, body and spirit by delivering a high quality curriculum while encouraging in the kids, and practicing every day, the values taught in the Gospels. The teachers are hard-working, talented and passionate about their subjects. Childhood can be a tough go for kids, but surrounded by compassionate and thoughtful adults, as they are at Sacred Heart, our kids thrive. Even on a shoe-string, Sacred Heart is able to put together a challenging set of core courses as well as computers and music. I am thoroughly amazed that every child can 'play' an instrument when they graduate. Sacred Heart rocks!

Sacred Heart School is a wonderful school. The Administration and Teachers do a great job preparing the children for higher education and life in general. The academic, religious and enrichment classes are the very best and the students are all loving and compassionate people.

Sacred Heart Parish School is not only an academically challenging environment for our children, but is a community of people dedicated towards the embetterment of our families. The school asks the parents to be involved in both classroom help, community events, and other parts of the student and school activities. We all really come together and support each other and our children.

As a teacher and a parent, I feel blessed to be part of such a wonderful community of people. The staff, parents, and children care for each other and support each other. Our children are challenged, academically and spiritually, to be the best they can be. We infuse gospel values with academics and help all students reach their potential.

Sacred Heart Parish School is outstanding! The strongest statement seen year after year is the easy transition SHPS students demonstrate when entering high school. They have strong homework skills, self confident, high achievers academically, well rounded in music and sports and spiritually strong.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
