All three of my children attended Calvary. I am very satisfied with the education they received. After they each graduated from Calvary they went to college and excelled. I will be forever thankful for the quality education and the Christian mentoring they received. Thank you CCS teachers.

My two sons started Calvary Christian School in the middle of the school year, in kindergarten and 3rd grade. They came from an overcrowded public school and were really struggling. They are currently in 5th and 8th grade, and have made honor roll at CCS every year since! The student-teacher ratio is unmatched unless you're homeschooling. The curriculum is outstanding and the teaching staff is incredible. The tuition costs are almost half of what other private schools are charging, and in this economy, that's huge for me as a single mom. Most importantly, my sons are getting a solid Christian education, which not only helps them to grow in their faith now, but will provide a good foundation for the rest of their lives. I strongly encourage parents out there to check out CCS - you won't be disappointed.

As a now former student of this amazing school, i've had a little bit of time to reflect on my experience at CCS. I graduated the 8th grade last friday after 7 years at CCS. It's been an amazing experiece there. Though the Lord has opened new doors for me and I will be attending the local public high school (San Benito High School) in the fall, I do not regret one minute that I have spent at CCS. All of my teachers in the past years and this most current school year have been so influecial in my life. They are dedicated to the spiritual growth of us students. They are all amazing people, and I strongly regard them all as spriritual role models for me. Even though I will not be attending the school nexy year, I will continue to look up to these amazing people. God bless them!!!

My son started kindergarten this year in '06. He loves it there. I was a bit nervous about his school experience because he has some disabilities. We have had nothing but positive outcome from our experience at Calvary Christian School from everyone, the school staff, the students and especially his wonderful teacher that is so patient and caring. Raising my son a christian and having him attend a school where are values and beleifs are shared is the best choice for our family.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
