Great School and teacher. My son has been several school. This school has different way to teach and take care the student. Thank you to all the teachers and staffs.
This school has high caliber teachers who care about the school as a whole and every student as individuals. They are strong academically and provide well-rounded extracurricular activities. Families are welcomed and parent volunteers are appreciated. It is the ideal neighborhood school.
Excellent school and nice nice communities! The teachers are also very helpful. This school has a very active PTA and lots of activities all throughout the year.
Great K-6, great parental support, great volunteers, great students, great families and great teachers = great campus, great programs, great academics...not necessarily in this order.
Great family involvement and outstanding teachers dedicted to the finest education in the Valley!
Mountain Avenue is an amazing school because of the 'whole package'. Of course our students are great (we have the highest test scores in the area), our faculty/staff are dedicated and creative, our parent volunteer program and thus involvement in the school is over the top. We are a community that cares and it shows!
Great school - amazing families!
We are in our 2nd year at Mtn. Avenue and have been impressed with the school. We loved Mrs. Simmons last year in K and were sad to see her leave. We are torn between keeping our child at Mtn. Ave. or transferring him to private. Tough decision!
Mountain Ave. got a new principal this last schol year and the school environment is now more relaxed and child friendly. The kids can now run at recess and there's less focus on blue slips for bad behavior or poor judgement.
Great group of parents & educators! Very involved & caring. The teachers are wonderful & always avaiable to talk with.
