I am very happy with my family's decision to send our children to St. Catherine's. It is a fantastic school for academics and morality. Great new principal, inspiring teachers, beautiful campus and bright children. This school is the gem of O.C.
This is a good school with great teachers and staff BUT the school is very "clickish". Some of the students and parents are not very friendly and do not exercise Christianity with Kindness and Thoughtfulness. My child was pulled out due to the social structure of the school.
I think that the school is an excellent place for learning. I love the school the teachers are teaching excellently as you can see by my grammar. Bottom line the school is AWSOME.
All around best school! Curriculum & moral standards builds well rounded confident students. A very special place for children to grow
St. Catherine of Siena has a close knit community where all the children look out for each other in a faith-filled, academic environment...
We love this school. In an age where kids grow up fast, our kids grow up at the right speed. We do not have the social problems other schools have so our kids can learn and this allows them to be all they can be.
St. Catherine's is a wonderful school! We love it and our kids LOVE it. They have so many friends and they are involved in many of the activities the school has to offer. My son has been there since kindergarten and my daughter has been there for 6 years now. St. Catherine's has prepared him perfectly for high school.
My child has been in St. Catherine's since kindergarten and is graduating this year. This particular class has one teacher per 19 students. The teachers have all been great. The school deserves a good renovation, which is in the capital budget and should take place soon; however, it is not the building that makes the school special. I find that the student body is more respectful, and more well-mannered than at the local public schools. Maybe wearing uniforms contributes to good attitudes, less gossip, and less rough behavior. The teachers are caring and nurturing. The school has a special safe, environment, that can shut-off in a minute's notice, should there be a threat or disturbance in the area. Students who have graduated from St. Catherine's have done very well in AP and honors classes in private high schools. I would recommend this school to parents with high standards.
My children are being educated in a very loving environment. They have learned respect, strengthened their faith, and feel safe and secure in their environment. I would like a stronger academic curriculum however I can supplement at home and what my children receive in the 'big Picture' of a diverse education is strong here at St. Catherine.
I am very happy that my child attends this school. I drive 45 mins. each way just to send her to this school. The teachers and principal are incredible. I couldn't be happier. Plus they are always out in the morning greating the students with a warm smile. It makes it enjoyable for the children to attend. The education is great and the parent teacher involvement is very unique. I would not consider any other school but this. I am proud to have my daughter attend this school. Besides, how many kids get to go to school and have a ocean view.
