I think that this school is a good opportunity for kids who can't get to CLC, and have no other intentions of learning. It may be under-staffed, but at least it is there for the use of kids who can't seem to get an education anywhere else.

Very poorly staffed and organized. This program, to block students from transferring to CLC in Bakersfield, is a total failure. The students are not getting a good education and not performing well. Basicallly an independent study format that ridiculously requires the students to find transportation and sit in class for a few hours each day, five days a week so the school can get funding.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

Oops! We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Public and charter school test scores for most states come from the state Department of Education. The most common reasons we might not have this data are either that not enough students took the test or that the school was recently opened, and its scores have not yet been reported.
