TBES is a wonderful school! We have been very happy with the academic environment as well as the warm community feel. Great parents, enthusiastic teachers, and a well run school.

NWhat this school does have is great families and a great social structure, and wonderful parent-led classes/clubs or activities after school. What they are lacking is - as are all public schools - is anything but an average curriculum. Sadly, the teachers are forced to teach to the lowest performers, leaving kids who excel with not much to do for any type of challenge. And not all of the teachers here are spectacular, and the principal isn't the strongest leader. The science teacher is amazing however! I miss the families the most.

I have a daughter that has gone to TBE from 2nd and not in 5th and a son K and now in 2nd. For the most part we have been pleasantly surprised with the teachers and their involvement. Principle and VP are amazing and the ex. activities are wonderfule. Great involvement and support. We have to move and I wish I could bring TBE with me!

We are getting ready to start our second year at TBE and we had a great experience last year. We have two boys enrolled and they both completed the year in excellent fashion, due in no small part to the wonderful teachers they had. We enjoyed every aspect of the school and hope to become even more involved this year.

Two of my children attend Twelve Bridges Elementary School. This is the start of our fourth year at the school, and we have had excellent teachers each year so far. My kids have responded well the the curriculum used and were both reading by the end of Kindergarten. The principal is very involved and approachable. He is energetic and always looking for new ways to get the kids excited about learning. This year (2007), the school has started offering after school clubs including crafts, spelling, and fitness. The school is less than four years old and our family is impressed with the energy here!

My duaghter is in kindergarten and I am so glad that she went to an outstanding pre school. The teachers seem so overwhelmed. She comes home with errors in her writing and they are never corrected. Her excitement for school is quickly going away.
