Parent involvement details The Ocean Charter School All Community Group (ACG) is comprised of all parents, teachers, staff, the Board of Trustees, and volunteers. ACG meetings provide a forum and support network where the community learns from each other, plans together, and gets things done. A strong collaboration is at the heart of Ocean Charter School.

Application/ enrollment process details Any student in the State of California is eligible to attend Ocean Charter School. There are no entrance tests. However, all admissions for incoming students are conducted via a random, public lottery. California charter school law requires a lottery whenever requests by students to enroll in a charter school exceed the number of available seats.
