There are good teachers and kind people, as there are at most schools, it depends on the person. God almighty does not want us to draw molds, he wants us to see how people are individually. Most Christian schools have good people, however, the principal, Roland, for instance, needs a Christian psychologist, the main issue also is Stephanie making excuses for Roland because otherwise she would feel like the one husband she has is exactly what she pretends he is not, an indecent person in some ways.

The main bully is Roland Rasmussen Junior. I am not against someone being strict, however, I am against someone flipping the way he does when no one is around other than him and the young people, that is something I have seen from a distance and saw in person when I was young. I do not mean him being kind with the kind or being strict, that I understand, I mean him actually being psychotic, which is something that he has done many times. I grew up going to this school. I love the word of God, do not drink, do not smoke and dislike my generations music and random things that don't make sense about it. Roland Rasmussen Junior needs a Christian psychologist.

used to think there was a zero tolerance for bullying. Depends on the situation and who is bullying. If the child who is bullying has a famous parent, it will be swept under the rug.

Faith Baptist is a decent choice for a purely BAPTIST education. Academics are outdated and very old school. Your child will be required to do a TON of memorization and homework. Every project they do, they will have to do a speech on. Where they lack though is in critical thinking, allowing children to think out of the box. Faith has had the same curriculum for the past 30 years. A lot of homework, tests, quizzes and lot of reading. Starting in Preschool classes they are very strict and have high expectations. Homework starts in Kindergarten. Multiple pages each night and lots of reading. There is not much technology as far as coding, learning computer software etc. The elementary school is a decent foundation for core subjects, but I could not see having a student attend past 5th grade unless they are interested in becoming a missionary. Faith Baptist is extremely heavy on the Bible teachings and they only believe in the Christian/Baptist way of life. No music, no dancing. They also do random visits to students houses spreading the word of the Lord Jesus Christ. I would like to comment on a previous reviewer about the minority enrollment, Faith Baptist is very diverse and accepts people of all races. They are welcoming and kind to all people. Take a tour of the school. You will see all kids, from all areas of the world. The students are all pretty nice to each other and there is zero tolerance for bullying. Which is wonderful these days. Kind, caring children come out of Faith Baptist. I will say though the work load is way to heavy. Starting at a very young age. A lot of repetitive work, a ton of memorization. Multiple tests and quizzes every week, beginning in Kindergarten.

Supports LD students: Strongly disagree

Faith Baptist does not have a program for slower learners. They do provide tutoring once a week only when there are tests for Math, English. Each child is expected to do the same work, at the same time, on the same level. For example, if your child can not keep up with the workload then it is your responsibility to figure it out. I.e. math tutoring outside of school hours etc. They do not make exceptions for students with learning differences.

Effective school leaders: Neutral

Do not know much about the leadership, hardly ever see them. Except that they focus on spreading the word of God-specifically the Lord Jesus Christ. Super heavy on the Baptist religion and truly believe there is no other religion or spiritual figure to pray upon. They will show up at your house unannounced to spread the word of the Lord. Know this if you plan on attending the school. They also have missions conferences every year and try to talk your student into how cool it is to be a missionary. They are trying to recruit.

Matters which teacher you get. As in every school you may go to.

Amount of homework: Neutral

- a
Way to much homework. Homework begins in Kindergarten. The homework load is extremely excessive.

Handles bullying effectively: Neutral

- a
This school has a demerit system and you will get in trouble for fighting.

Supports LD students: Neutral

- a
It does support a variety of students I do not believe special needs students if that is what this implies.
