Our Lady of Talpa School

As a Talpa parent I feel the school environment is safe, the curriculum is competitive and the teachers are enthusiastic and devoted to the students. Students have a variety of sports to choose from throughout the year, as well as other clubs and extracurricular activities in which to be a part of. Parents are friendly and one always feels welcomed at the school especially when the Principal and Vice-Principal know all parents on a first name basis. I am exceptionally proud to have made the right choice for my childrens education.

I feel really good about the education my children are receiving a Talpa. The teacher are very helpful and available for the students and parents if needed. As a parent there are many different ways and opportunities to get involved in my children's learning as well as being a part of the Talpa family. Parents are very friendly with each other and other children, not just the ones in their child's classroom.

The greater percentage of teachers at this school have a lot of energy and are great teachers.

This is a Great Elementary school in Boyle Heights (East Los Angeles). School needs plenty of help with contributions and donations in giving these boys and girls a chance they deserve. If anyone is interested Talpa has a golf tournament in September.
