I finally chose Tiny Tots. It's a community based program with retired teachers. They let the parents volunteer and help you transition into leaving your baby if you want.

Next there was RIO, where they have programs for children growing up and they also let parents volunteer. The teachers were extremely patient and it was so wonderful to see my baby grow up.

I think that it's important that the school be completely honest with parents. They should have a clear policy that says: If you do not like anything at all then just leave.
some schools pretend to be willing to work with you and accept your ideas. But the fact is they are looking for a way to tell you to leave.
Eldorado is an example of that.

I chose a preschool by looking at the facilities, speaking with the teachers and administration, observing their play time actvities and their academics and by speaking with other parents.

It was also important for me to find a school that had a part time program and would allow parents in the school at any time.
