My son has needed additional help as he has a slight learning disability. Since we transferred to Los Olivos Elementary School 3 years ago, we have seen vast improvements. The staff is dedicated to helping him & his individual needs.

This school has a strong academic program and involved families. In general, families in the community prioritize education. The teachers are mostly very capable, with a few up-and-comers. It's small enough that everyone knows your child and most parents know each other, too. They have managed to keep arts, music and PE alive even with budget cuts, and the library is lovely. I am pleased with the focus on reading, writing and mathematics. It has been a healthy and happy environment for my 1st grader.
