The faculty live on campus and have proximity to the students, which allows them to keep watch for bullying. They are also very approachable, so victims of bullying can find someone to talk to.

The small classroom environments and the proximity of faculty on campus, allow students with learning differences to get more after class attention, along with tutoring.

Midland School provides an outstanding coeducational college-preparatory boarding high school experience to 90 students on 2,860 acres. Students grow in character, self-confidence, and self-reliance as they engage in authentic community responsibilities and an academic program that is structured, demanding, and experiential. Environmentally based curriculum, 4:1 student-faculty ratio, interscholastic athletics, visual arts program, 9-acre certified organic garden, and horseback riding.
