I think that this school is one of the best. It has taught my daughter who is a Kinder alot of things that I don't think that she might have learned else where. They have taught her in a way that she finds fun and intresting. If she continues on the path that she is now she could make such great success in the future. She went in with not alot of writing skills due to my health. But now she has very good writing skills and is always asking questions about the subject that she is on and about other subjects. She seems to be learning about things that she is supposed to be learning in 1st and 2nd grade. Overall I think that this school is worth having any child go to. Seeing that the staff there does really care about the welfare of the children attending.

My child just began attending Madison Elementary this past month. We just moved to Madera. I am disappointed in the school. My son is being taught things that he was taught as a review in the beginning of the school year at his previous school. I wrote the teacher addressing my concerns. She explained that the majority of her class still is having problems in these areas and she does notice that my son does need advanced work. She asked me to bear with her. I am grateful that his teacher realizes this, however, I am very concerned with the school. If the majority of the class is not understanding work that other schools are giving as review in the beginning of the school year then I believe there is a problem that needs to be addressed.

I like that my child goes to this school. It's close to home, and I like the teachers and staff. I like that the class room size is small and she gets all the help she needs. I also like that they let me drop by and visit/help the class out when ever I want.
