This school is for the BIRDS,to many detentions & suspenions..that all that is taught in this school.
My experience with my child in this school has been very poor. There are no options for a parent with a struggling child in this tiny school district. They focus on detention or suspension, rather than recommending real solutions. The child or parent is always the problem, never the school. Their is a lack of communication with parents. I am hoping to move my sons to another school district entirely.
The McFarland Middle School is a really good school it has everything a student needs.... also the teachers are really nice but some are real teachers because they consider theire work as not only a job but as a mission for students to learn and be someone in life..
When i went to this school there were not many after school prgrams. No teacher seemed to know you even though it is a very small school.
