Stone Ridge is an excellent school and offers an excellent academic program. The academic program includes AP courses in English, Math, Science, and Social Studies. The school environment is incredible as the kids feel safe and they feel like they are part of a family. Kids can't wait to go to school every day! Stone Ridge offers an athletic program, leadership, choir, band, and more. Their average SAT scores are higher than all schools in Merced County. Everyone should enroll their kid at Stone Ridge.

Stone Ridge has been a part of our family for the last 8 years. My children have thrived there. Is it a perfect school . . . , no, but it's as close as it gets. Stone Ridge helped prepare my older boys for college; my oldest now has his B.A. and is attending Law School; while my other son is a Freshman at Azusa Pacific University. I currently have my youngest two children (a junior and a freshman), at Stone Ridge. Stone Ridge offers a variety of sports, has an Associated Study Body, celebrates academics, is involved in community service, hosts the SR Follies, has a great choir & worship team, all within the service of our Lord Jesus Christ. I have seen the staff go above and beyond in support of the students. I recently heard one senior say, "It's a small school so you know everybody. The teachers take time with you to help you. I feel loved there." As a parent I feel much the same way. Parents are always welcome to come and talk with the teachers, make suggestions regarding the school, help where their giftedness is, and fellowship with other parents at events and through the Parent-Teacher-Fellowship (PTF). I wouldn't have my children at any other school.

Stone Ridge Christian High School has been a wonderfull place for my children. My oldest son is now at the Airforce Academy and my daughter is now at Liberty University. My younger son is a sophmore at SRCHS. The school has small class sizes and parents can be very involved in their student's education. Every child can participate in student government or sports, and lots of AP classes are available.

Stone Ridge is an excellent school. i was reading someone belows comments. Jusf tyi, their is an outstanding sceince program with great equipment. Don't know how old that post is, but a new science teacher was hired and equipment added two years ago to the sceince program. AP Chem and AP Pys. is offered here. 100% of kids go to college and SAT Scores are 200 pts higher than public schools. Need I say more? Awesome School. I have a Soph at Stone Ridge and adding a Freshman next year. He can't wait to go. What a great environment.

Stone Ridge is a great school for kids. The students love the school and all the kids are happy. Their SAT scores are the highest in the county and they have a great teaching staff. The school is fantastic!

The text books are about 8 years old, some older, and falling apart. Little to no science equipment ( no bunsen burners or running water in the science room). It has no workable computer lab, no real lunch facilities for the students either. Rooms leak when it rains. School website out of date by at least a year, more than half the staff has changed.

Stone Ridge Christian provides high school students with a intimate, pleasant and safe learning environment. The school is college prep and the class sizes are small allowing for personal attention.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
