This School want to charge tuition really??? The teachers here have no teaching credentials and like another review stated the staff isn't very friendly for being quote "Christians" Its places and people like this that think that just because they go to church there going to heaven. Its sad to see any place making money off the word of god and using your faith as financial gain.

I love Merced Christian School. My children have been student there since preschool. With the exception of the two years I pulled them out to home school. This choice was a personal decision that had no bearing on the school it's self. When we decided to re-enroll them we were welcomed with open arms and lots of support. The principal Mr. Martin in one of the most wonderful men I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Not to mention the staff is caring and loving to my children. I am very blessed to have to privilege of sending my children to Merced Christian School.

you have to be kidding about this school the previous reviews really. It depends on what type of family you are, some staff, some families are hypocrites. At this school there are some staff and families that do not even speak to you, because of gossiping which this school does about other families quite well, it's pretty sad when you go through a hard time or your child goes through a hard time the schools discipline it marks on your child, versus other students who get by with it because of there last name. We are all children of christ Nobody is better than the other.

All 3 of my children attended MCS K-8th grade. The school prepared my children very well for high school. I never had to worry who my children were hanging out with as the other parents have high standards also. The teachers are wonderfull and allways go above and beyond for the students. Children are challenged and the work is not always fun...but it is neccesary. My children excelled in high school and now in college!!

I love this school and the teachers that they have there. My daughter has been there since kindegarten and loves her teachers a lot. The school work is tough however the teachers are always willing to lend a hand to the students. The parent involment is awesome. The class sizes are small so that your child gets that individual attention they need. The after school program is so helpful to working parents. The kids are incredible, mine love going to school each day. The principal always has time for the parents or the children if need be. His open door policy is just that, walk in and talk. I love the fact that i found a school with such caring individuals. I am so thankful to merced christian school.

This school maintains excellent parent involvement, high academic preparation for high school or college, and high moral instillment. The small school size allows the students and their parents to be accepted with individual attention. The homework load is demanding, but the after school homework program lends help to children needing focus time.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
