I have had my children in this school for the last 2 years - the principal Mr. Snyder, is always walking around the school and attends all events. He is extremely involved and exceedingly approachable. The teachers, for the most part, seem nice as well and seem willing to work with you. I particularly like the Kinder teacher Mrs. Root.

Our daughter has Mrs. Constantine for kinder and Mrs. Pacek for first grade. Both AWESOME teachers!! We're very happy with Del Lago.

This is a great school. My daugther attended 1st grade this year at Del Lago and she had a great time. She improved in each of her subjects and she made some great friends. She had a great teacher who supported her and truely cared for her.This school has a great principal and office staff. We are looking forward to next year.

The Kindergarten teachers seem unengaged and unmotivated. I'm not impressed with the standards at this school. My child is bored and hates attending class.

I am very happy with the kindergarten program at Del Lago. My child is excited about school and all of the activities. The teachers seem very engaged and creative!

Mr. D is great. One of the most involved principals you will find. The school does a nice job creating a positive environment for the kids and most of the teachers are very good. There are a few 'old timers' that need to move on, not because of age but because of burn out. Mrs. Spurgeon is an original and my daughter loved her in kindergarten last year and she loves her 1st grade teacher this year (as do her parents). Mrs. Aquizino is very good too. The school is old and they are making improvements to the grounds. A new MPR opened this year.

Credit to our principal, Mr. Dick, he's always out on the school grounds every morning, very approachable, and providing the kind of leadership I hope every school can enjoy. We have some great teachers, and also to most parents who can be actively involved in their kids education, and also provide guidance and encouragement to other kids when necessary. We have a nice little community here.

Del lago elmentary is a quality school with solid academic programs. Parent involvement is extremely high in this school. Music, art and sports are offered as part of the curriculum, while extra-curricular activities are through the well-run saddleback valley unified school district recreation department. The svusd rec programs are excellent!
