My child has participated in this home study charter program for the last 2 years. I have found the educational environment at this school to be warm, inclusive, inspiring, and relatively well rounded. Not to mention the extremely supportive staff that is there to help us as parents be the best "teachers" we can be. My child loves to go to the enrichment classes and loves the exposure to other activities as part of a well rounded curriculum that is both challenging and fun. The school does focus a lot on the arts which is one of the reasons I love it. I disagree about the staffs lack of concern for my childs safety, and the campus has nothing to do with that. Why did the one parent who wrote a negative review in this regard keep their child in this program for 2 whole years if they found it so horrible? Perhaps something happened to their child that I don't know about. When it comes to our children we want what is best for them, they did not feel it was, so I'm glad they did what they felt they had to and took action by removing their child from the program, after all we are our childrens best advocates. For my childs experience I give them an A+ and a big thank you.

EXCELLENT school for home study students! The kids receive a QUALITY, SAFE, AND NUTURING education with enrichment classes four days a week. I've seen the kids ESCORTED by the teachers whenever outside the classroom and SAFETY IS PRIORITY ONE! The reviewer who said not so must be confusing this school with another home study in the area, NOT this one. If you want a quality program with caring teachers, this is the school for you!

A real nightmare, we wish we could give NO stars. Safety of the kids is the VERY LAST priority - that after the low priority of "core" education. If you want a school where "art" is the sole activity and the kids run feral - then this is the place for you. We took our daughter out recently after the mistake of going here for nearly 2 years. We were hoping the new campus would help, but it has made a bad situation even worse. Consider ANY of the other local charters - Yuba, forest, etc, and good luck.

This a fabulous school! The staff care so much for the students and families. They put their heart, knowledge and skills to work 100% for each child. Their passion shines through their teaching individualized to each child. The children love going to school! My children love it. It allows the perfect balance of public and private school atmosphere. Being able to work at home and then attend school twice a week without having overwhelming homework has made them better people with more opportunities for other activities; such as dance ,sports and music. We love this school!!
