Village Elementary serves a very diverse neighborhood. On many occasions i have had the opportunity to work with the principal and staff to help my son. parents and school must work together for the improvement of the student. neither is more important than the other. if a parent goes into this school (as they should in any school) open to make change and advocate for they child, they will meet with a principal and staff as helpful as needed. i recommend this school because they TRY and if they fail, they will work harder to find a solution for the student, parent, and staff because success of the student is paramount to the success of their school and our own society.

This school is too uncontrolled for me. I have pulled my child out. There are too many issues with children that do not listen to the teachers. The teachers also do not help if the child if they have any issues they are just put in the back of the class room. I also have called many times and no one calls back to deal with issues the child might have. You have to go to the office and stand there for them to pay attention.

I'm a proud parent of 2 boys who attend this school and have found that the teachers are over and beyond in helping students reach their goals and then some. This school is awesome!
