I just love TCS. My middle school son has been here since preschool. I like that the staff is like a family, they have all been here for years and they really treat my son like he is special. They are amazing. I continue to be impressed at the amount of activities that the school offers, besides the trips to Catalina, Washington DC, Sacramento, and San Diego, there are a full assortment extracurricular activites to keep by son active and involved. Academically, the school exceeds expectations, encouraging the students to perform to the best of their abilities. The small class size allows for extra one on one time for my son, to help him when needed.
TCS is an amazing place. Every time I leave the school after attending an event, I tell my wife that we have our child in the right school. The teachers are very dedicated to their students. Many have been with the school for over 20 years. Our child is in a class half the size of her peers in public schools. Mr. Jepsen, the principle, seems to be at every event and knows every family. Most importantly, I feel the school is helping to teach our children to be well rounded in terms of their relationship with God, their family and their community.
The teachers are awesome! Especially Mrs. Rosalinda Martinusen.
I'ts re-enrollment time so I need to give you my experience at Trinity. My daughter started kindergarten with a wonderful teacher (Mrs Moore) who is no longer at the school. The staff is good but unfortunately we felt that the schools was more for the teachers than for the children. We, as others left this school after 2nd grade to find that our straight A students had to work very hard to catch up to be a the level that kids in other public/private schools were at. This was very dissapointing to many of us that left. I am not angry at this school any longer but I do think all parents deserve to know so they can make better choices for theyre children. May the Lord guide you on your school search.
I am a parent and my child has attended the school since fifth grade and I am very pleased with the education my child is receiving and the quality of 'ALL' the staff. They are very careing and I would definately recommend the school
I enrolled my grandson in Trinity Chrisitain School's preschool at the age of 3. He graduated from 8th grade in 2004. I can only say that my experience with the teachers, staff and administration was very positive. There wasn't a teacher on staff that did not go above and beyond to give my grandson the education that I paid for. I became very involved with the school, first through the PTF (PTA equvalent), then on the school board where I still serve. The administration, teachers and staff are the finest and most dedicated that can be found. The sense of love and community, coupled with their love for Jesus and His teachings make this campus the best place for your child to receive the best education possible. I give rate this school 5 stars.-Judy Shirley
I was enrolled in this school, for eight years, and even went to the preschool next to it, and my overall satisfaction with this school is good, not great, but good. The education was top notch. Many of the teachers dedication was questionable, as I remember many teachers/principals leaving, and/or being replaced. The environment was very clean and organized and had a great church on the property, along with many great pastors. Among the students, the christian attitude cannot always be found. The playground is relatively new and safe, includes a soccer/football field, a basketball court, an indoor gym room, and even handball courts. The school offers hot lunch to all students for an anominal monthly fee. This is a great school and I give it a 4/5.
