About the program Reading Partners is a literacy nonprofit that works directly with local elementary schools, and recruits and trains community volunteers to work one-on-one with struggling student readers. Students are identified and referred to the program by teachers and administrators who are reading between 0.5-2.5 years behind grade-level.
