This school needs much improvement the classes are week and do not prepare you for university, also there are too many kids that have serious mental and social issues making it very hard to socialise with any of ones piers. Luckily Los Angeles is large enough to have friends from other schools/ The classes at this school are also okay and there are some great students, but the teachers can not teach to their potential due to the students that go their.
I tutored at this school, and I was impressed by the level of parent involvment and teacher dedication
great school. my elementary years there were my best years. now i'm a successful sophomore at hays high school in buda, texas. i really miss all of my teachers at melrose!
