I went to Immanuel, and it was the best school anyone could get. The small size really lets you connect with younger students and teachers. The teachers really care about you, and your problems. If they notice you're doing bad in a subject, they'll try to help you. They also help you grow in Faith by having us go to chapel and pray every morning and afternoon. It's a wonderful place, but sadly it has to close down next year, due to debt.

Immanuel Lutheran School is a place where everyone litterally knows your child's name. I called and visited over 20 schools and selected Immannuel preschool program for my two children because the teachers love and care for the children so well. The activities are age appropriate, fun and Christ centered. Both of my children have enjoyed their time there.

I got this email from my wife regarding our 2 year old daughter: "She proceeded to pray grace at the dealership when we sat down at the service manager's desk - "God is good, God is great, and we thank him for our food, AMEN!". Kaitlin told me the words to the prayer. The service guy also prayed along." She learned this prayer at school. Besides the educational foundation and social skills that she is receiving, she is learning about Jesus, and developing into a well-rounded young lady. I don't think many schools can offer that. Thank you ILS...

My son attends the 2& 3 yr old class and Mrs.Newcome is his teacher. She is wonderful! If you want your child to learn what they learn in kindergarten with a soft approach, have Christ in their daily lives, and have a warm loving environment everyday this is the place for your child. My child never wants to leave at the end of the day.The school includes the pre-k classes in with all the other events that an elementary school would have and more... I feel so blessed to have found this school!

Immanuel has been great in helping my pre-k adopted child from China adjust, make friends and feel secure in her new environment. The small group setting and very personalized attention gives a likeness to family not just to my child, but also to me and my husband.

Our son attends preschool at Immanuel Lutheran and we have been very happy with our experience. We heard positive things from our neighbors about the school, all of which proved to be true. The kids get very personalized attention, and it is great to see how much they are learning along with having fun at school. It is a positive, nurturing atmosphere where everyone really does know your name. Our son is excited to go to school every day.

You can't do better for introducing your little ones to a structured learning environment than Early Childhood Care with Mrs. Newcombe. The loving, supportive environment is excellent and the dedication and effort she puts into each child's experience is incredible. The scrapbook of memories that she lovingly makes for each child is amazing.

My son has been attending Immanuel for 2 years and loves it. He is in Pre-K and the teachers are wonderful, the principal knows him by name and is involved with the students. I love the school because it is so small and quaint and allows the teachers to work more with the children. The summer camp is wonderful. They have many activities and the kids get to go swimming and go on field trips. I highly recommend this school to anyone who is looking for a good school for their children.

I went to Immanuel, and LOVED IT! It was a really great school, and I blossomed. Then, I went to highschool. Culture shock much! I wasn't used to having 1000+ students around me, and felt underprepared. I realized that as much as I loved my school, school's like St. Johns, St. Pauls, and Salem prepare you better. The student's from those schools easily transitioned, and had more friends already, versus me know only a handful of students. Immanuel prepares you for a 'small pond.' Sadly, the real world is an ocean, and I felt Immanuel barely was a pair of water wings to me in the 'sink or swim' highschool world.

We are very blessed to have found Immanuel Lutheran for our son. The teachers he has had are fantastic. He loves going to school and learning. The class sizes are small so the teachers can work with each child. You really feel like the staff loves each child. Immanuel offers a fun and safe learning environment!
