Richland provides a positive, disciplined environment staffed by dedicated teachers. They do their job. They teach each individual student. They don't teach a class and assume everyone will get it. The classes are small. Teachers, counselors and staff know each student. My son will not only graduate, he will go to college and maximize his potential because this staff took the time to find out what it took to make him want to do these things. I am very grateful to their outstanding principal, Brett Bailey and his wonderful staff for their dedication to education.
