I am a junior at Olu, and have attended this school for 3 years. I LOVE IT. At Olu, there are so many things to do. Clubs, sports, dance, cheer, song, leadership, musicals; everything we do we are good at! Most of the kids are friendly and nice, with only a few bad "groups" in each grade (20-40/300). The teachers are so nice! Even the "worst" teacher I had was a good teacher, we just did not get along personality wise. The classes are also challenging, but not overwhelmingly hard (even AP). People here really care about you, and students get along with each other. I have friends who are older and younger. We also have the size to have fun events (ex pep rallies, dances, club things, bible studies) where there are more than 10 people in attendance, but small enough that you will see people more than once a day and can easily form friendships. The kids who dont like it here seem to be: party harders who think we are too christian, or loner types who dont like socializing, and probably wouldn't do any better at another school. Overall, 85% of the kids are nice, outgoing, involved, christian, polite, and intent on having a great time in high school...what more could you want?
