Louisiana Schnell Elementary School

My Son became a student during a rough time for him and the school. Through this he has opened up to his teacher and the staff. Began to show a new interest in school and is a much happier child compared to his old school. The Staff has been there for us as a family and his teacher shows a true interest in him. Thank you to everyone at Schnell!!

The school has changed the way the kids think about education and made it much more fun. Also, they have managed to get the PTA more involved, thus making it a truly community asset.

Schnell School is a wonderful place for both my Kindergarten and fourth grade students. The Principal Sam LaCara is a thoughtful experienced leader and most of the teachers are creative and energetic. The Garden on Campus is a fully loaded teaching aid and we feel very thankful to be at this school

Great learning enviroment, Culturely diverse,with a strong and caring faculty. they need to incorparate solar and wind power, so the money saved could be used to update the computer room

High level of parent involvement, caring teachers and advanced curriculum. Has won academic awards for excellence. Needs long term principal as position has changed several times.
