My daughter is currently enrolled at this school & we love it!! There is lots of teacher/parent involvement. The communication between Monte Vista staff and the parents is excellent. The principal is very involved and very friendly to parents/students/staff. Numerous extracurricular activities are offered at this school, as well as special activites for students. Homework and testing are very important to the teachers as well & I can tell my daughter is learning alot!
My daughter is in fifth grade now and has been going to Monte Vista since Kindergarten. Every year they live up to my expectations. The teachers are wonderful. The office staff is the best I have dealt with. My daughter is very smart and she doesn't feel like she is being held back from learning at a fast rate. At the same time children who have problems don't feel rushed. The children get the attention they need in the areas they need. The school overall is wonderful. My daughter has always loved it.
